THE EFFECT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL, CAREER DEVELOPMENT, SPECIFICATIONS AND WORK ON EMPLOYER MOTIVATION OF INDUSTRY, TRADE, COOPERATIVE AND DISTRICT CENTRAL BENGKULU SME

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to know does the work assesment process, career development, Job Specifications simultaneously and partially has the effect towards employers motivation. This research is a descriptive with correlation study design. Population is all employers that are 55 people. Then, the researcher interviewed the five employers at Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Central Bengkulu district SME which aims to support the results obtained from the questionnaires distribution. The informant determining used Pourposive sampling technique. The study analysis techniques: Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed even partially or simultaneously work assessment process, career development, and job specifications have effect on employer motivation of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Central Bengkulu SME.
