THE STUDY ON LEADERSHIP, COMPENSATION AND WORK MOTIVATION

ABSTRACT
 
This study aimed to investigate the effects of leadership and compensation employee’s Work Motivation of Disease Control and Environmental Health (Bengkulu Province Health Office. Descriptive quantitative study design was used. The sample in this study are all employee’s of Disease Control and Environmental Health (Bengkulu Province Health Office, consuted of to 55 people sensus method was applied to determine the research’s respondenst’s. Multiple linear regression test analysis was used at quantitative techques.
From the results of these studies quite good factor category leadership and compensation categories well enough and good enough job motivation category. The results showed that the effects of leadership and compensation employee’s Work Motivation of Disease Control and Environmental Health (P2PL) Bengkulu Province Health Office.
 Related to the above conditions should be part of Disease Control and Environmental Health (P2PL) Bengkulu Province Health Office to maintain and improve the leadership, compensation and work motivation that has been working well and improve a low or still quite good.
