ABSTRACT
The objective of this research to describe the Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation of Employee Work Part Human Settlement Department of Public Works Rejang Lebong. This study is descriptive research Sample in this study all employees numbered 41 people. Mechanical methods of determining informant census taken. Descriptive analysis to describe the motivation of employees working part of Department of Public Works Rejang Lebong. Results of research conducted in the average value can be intrinsic employee motivation Settlements Section of Public Works Department Rejang Lebong at 3:95. These results we can conclude that the employee section of Human Settlement Department of Public Works Rejang Lebong have intrinsic motivation to either category. This suggests that extrinsic motivation has been good servants and the results of research conducted in the average value can be extrinsic motivation employee Part Human Settlements Department of Public Works Rejang Lebong at 3:55. These results we can conclude that the employee section of Human Settlement Department of Public Works Rejang Lebong Extrinsic motivation with either category.
