STUDY OF CIVIL SERVANTS DISCIPLINE (PNS) BENGKULU PROVINCE: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GOVERNOR OF REGULATION NO 14 YEAR 2013 DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN THE PROVINCE BENGKULU
This study aimed to determine the perception of Civil Servant in the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office and public on the Implementation of the Governor Regulation No. 14 Year 2013 on the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office and To analyze the implementation of Governor Regulation No. 14 Year 2013 on the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office.
This research is a field. The population in this study were all employees of the amounting to 213 people. The sample in this study were drawn from 50% of the population so that the sample of 107 respondents obtained and samples taken for the public as much as 107 people from each field. Then informants to interview as many as 7 people PNS taken one person from each of the sections and fields in Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. Analysis of the data in this study using a quantitative and qualitative analysis.
