COMPETENCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS

ABSTRACT
The objective this research is to describe the task competency achievement, relationships, and personal attributes in the Civil Secretariat District Kepahiang. This research is a study qualitative descriptive. The population in this research were 32 people at the Civil Secretariat of General District Kepahiang including leadership. The sampling method using Census. Samples were taken to interview as many as three people including General Head 1 person, 1 person staff of TU and Library, and 1 Sub Staff Equipment Section. Qualitative data analysis conducted in conjunction with the data collection process. Data analysis techniques include three activities, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.Results showed respondents’ perceptions of task competence achievement of work is, competency relationshipl, and the competence of the personal attributes pretty good.
