EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION IN THE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES (DESCRIPTIVE STUDY IN COOPERATIVE SME SERVICE AT CITY BENGKULU)
The General objective of this research is to describe an employee’s participation in the management of the activities carried out in the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Entrepreneur Service at Bengkulu City. This type of research uses a descriptive approach. research subjects is determined by the method of purposive sampling: Conducting interviews with 5 people and Deploying questionnaire respondents to 34 respondents. Quantitative data analysis was conducted by the mean (average). Qualitative analysis is done through three phases: reduction, Display, and inference and verification. Cooperatives and employee perceptions on Participation in Planning shows there are still employees who do not engage or participate in the calculation of the cost of activities and is not involved in the planning personnel. Participation in organizing shows there are still employees who do not engage or participate in the organization of personnel in the workplace. In the implementation of employee perceptions still showed the existence of an employee who has not been involved in the implementation of activities and expenses involved in the search for executive power. Participation in the Supervision show has not fully participated in surveillance activities expenses, inspection program results, examination results of the implementation of activities and expenditures involved in the inspection activities.
