The interviews on the Group said many members who do not yet have a clear about the concept of learning organization or organizational. In addition, in any action or decision is not based on the agreement. The results of observational research shows that the learning organization at Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu not yet walked maximally, this is because group members do not understand and mimiliki awareness about the benefits of Quality Circles. Visible lack of cooperation and/communication among teams in implementing activities during weekly and monthly meetings. This aimy to determine the learning group organization GKM Hospital Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research. population in this study was 24 Hospital Yunus Bengkulu. The sample in this study were drawn 50% of the population, so that the sample obtained sebasar 12 Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu by the number of members 82. Data analysis deskrptif An analysis done by way of describing or explaining various findings obtained during the research compiled in the form of a frequency distribution table. Qualitative data analysis performed in conjunction with the data collection process includes three activities, namely: data reduction, presentation of data, and inferences (verification). Research indicates Learning Organization Quality Circles Team Good Enough for the average value of 2.70 was obtained at intervals of 2.61-3.40. this is because the QCC Group has not may indicate they have skills or expertise for the benefit of the organization or kelopok GKM at Hospital Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu.
