ANALYSIS WORK DISCIPLINE Civil Servants (PNS) THE BUREAU OF ORGANIZATION AND PROCEDURES PROVINCIAL SECRETARIAT BENGKULU
Another problem that occurs in the environment of Organization and Procedure of Provincial Secretariat of Bengkulu own frequent violations of civil servants much to do with the violation of discipline, but the offense that often occurs is often delayed Bureau of Organization and Procedure of Provincial Secretariat of Bengkulu in the office and was absent without explanation on working hours. The above condition is one indication of the low labor discipline of Civil Servants in performing its obligations and comply with the existing ban on Organization and Management Bureau of Provincial Secretariat of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study to determine Employee Discipline in the Bureau of Organization and Procedure of Provincial Secretariat of Bengkulu.
This study uses qualitative research, informants in the study of civil servants Organization and Management Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Bengkulu province, namely: 1 Bureau Chief, Head of Section 1, 3 Person Head of Section, and 2 individuals as subjects in research by conducting interviews. Analysis of the data in this study using inductive analysis techniques is to perform abstraction after recording special phenomena grouped into one. Stages of data analysis used in this study consisted of, data reduction, data presentation, and inference). Technique of triangulation data validity and triangulation techniques
The results of research that employee discipline Organization and Management Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Bengkulu province is still low, it is reflected in the presence of employees who are absent from work without explanation, late for work, less has a responsibility to work and do not obey the rules work.
To the Bureau of Organization and Management of Bengkulu Provincial Secretariat should be able to apply strict sanctions on employees who are frequently absent without explanation, often late to work, and lack of responsibility towards work. In addition it is expected to be developed kepeda coaching employees who are not disciplined and do not obey the rules of existing jobs.
