ABSTRACT
         This study aims to determine the Jamkesmas Program Evaluation in terms of health care, management, and implementation of funding and to determine the factors inhibiting the implementation of medical treatment.   This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Informants in this study Jamkesmas Team Is Bengkulu Provincial Health Office 3 people, business Jamkesmas Hospital Dr. M Yunus Bengkulu 1 person and 10 patients on referral services Bengkulu province Jamkesmas out of 10 districts/municipalities in the province of Bengkulu. The technique of determining informant pourposive sampling method. Processing and analysis of data using the data of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In this study, researchers used a technique authenticity of data source triangulation and triangulation techniques. Health services at primary health care level has been running well, whereas in advanced health services are still not able to satisfy the patient.
