EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION, AND COMMUNICATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AND SUPERVISION OF DEPARTMENT OF CITY BUILDING BENGKULU CITY
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and communication towards performance, of City Planning Office’s and supervisor of Bengkulu City Building Departement. Sample in this study were all employees of the City Planning Department and Building Supervisor Bengkulu City, consisted of 58 people. In this study, researcher took samples with census method. Quantitative analysis techniques is used in this study. The analysis of data used multiple linear regression test. The results of the study found that variables leadership, motivation and communication were categorized good and the performance was categorized quite good. The result also showed that the leadership, motivation and communication have impact on the performance of the City Planning Department Staff Supervisor of Bengkulu City Building.
