THE INFLUENCE OF PERCEPTION FACILITIES AND FEATURES AVAILABILITY TO CONSUMER INTEREST IN USE OF MOBILE BANKING (BRI MOBILE)
The objective of this study is to determine the effect of perception of convenience and availability features to interests of consumers in use of Mobile Banking at Bank Rakyat Indonesian Unit Ratu Samban Branch Bengkulu. The population in this study are 5,417 people and the samples of this study are 70 people. Analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. The result show that effect of perception of convenience and availability features have a positive influenced to interests of consumers in use of Mobile Banking at Bank Rakyat Indonesian Unit Ratu Samban Branch Bengkulu. These findings suggest that PT Bank BRI Unit Ratu Samban Bengkulu can improve the ease using of mobile banking, thus increasing the number of customers using BRI Mobile and can make improvements through the addition of new features to the application BRI Mobile that can support electronic transactions, so the ease can efficiently time for access.
